We had the opportunity to visit with a design-build professional who had used Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes, LLC for a 22 box project back in 2013.

According to a Federal Emergency Management Agency report, modular homes hold up better than traditionally built homes due to the inherent structural strength of modular construction.

In September Icon Legacy hosted several adult educators from the FCBIA and their local Career and Technology Center’s Carpentry Vocational course on a meet and greet at the Icon Legacy production facility.
