Icon Legacy is currently seeking applicants to join our drywall hanging team. In this role you will measure, cut and install drywall to the interior framework of modular units, install dryer vents and duct work, assemble pocket doors and set tubs and showers. Qualified applicants must be proficient in reading a tape measure, be detail oriented and have the ability to ascend/descent a ladder. Experience in the modular industry preferred; however, we are willing to train the right applicants.
Icon Legacy is currently seeking applicants to join our wall building department. In this role you will construct wooden, built-in-place wall forms and assemble wall components. Qualified applicants will be detail oriented, have the ability to interpret prints and read a tape measure, be proficient in the safe use of a skill saw, chop saw, miter saw, nail gun and any other applicable power tools as well as ascend/descent a ladder frequently. Experience in the modular industry is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Icon Legacy is currently seeking applicants to join our panelized department. In this role you will construct the panelized components for the modular units. Qualified applicants will be detail oriented, have the ability to interpret prints and read a tape measure, be proficient in the safe use of a skill saw, chop saw, miter saw, nail gun and any other applicable power tools. Experience in the modular industry is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Icon Legacy is currently seeking skilled sales professionals with a passion for building lasting business relationships. We specialize in business-to-business (B2B) sales – partnering with independent builders across the region. At Icon Legacy we pride ourselves on delivering a superior product and exceptional customer service. Essential duties include: managing and growing accounts with established B2B clients, develop new business opportunities and relationships with new customers, create sales estimates, provide product knowledge and support through the sales process, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery. Qualified candidates should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, be self-motivated and goal-oriented, have proven experience in B2B sales or account management, have knowledge of the construction or modular housing industry.
We are currently seeking hardworking, dependable production laborers to join our team! Carpentry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to build a future with us! Candidates should be able to accurately read a tape measure, be able to lift 50+ pounds, be comfortable ascending/descending ladders, have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
