In the autumn of 2007, Icon Legacy was conceived as a family business with the goal of reshaping the construction industry through modular manufacturing. The team set out to find the perfect location for their operations and quickly acquired and renovated a 62,000 square foot facility in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Located in the heart of Pennsylvania's modular industry and surrounded by skilled professionals in modular design and manufacturing, the company was set for success.
